I would say my life has been rather expansive in thinking and low on activity as of late. I have been drawing more, but I do not count that as a part of general living as much as an annex of my character.
My thoughts have been mainly taken up with practical matters such as considering going back to school, buying a better car (the one we have now is a rancid heap), trying to improve my credit rating since I have never had a credit card until now and other such fantasy shattering equations. Basically, adult matters that did not concern me this much for a long time.
As far as college is concerned, I am thinking about several options, all of which will require student loans. The areas I am interested in sound odd even to me - psychology so i could work in mental health care/a lunatic asylum, Early childhood education so I could go back to working with little mad-men. I thought about art school/ illustration, but would rather do something useful.
I have kept my embalming license active, but really do not want to go back into that maelstrom of overwork. If I could find a strictly 40 hour funeral gig where I could get weekends off, I would consider it.
Other than those boring thoughts, my life is about meeting new and unique friends, (several acquired lately), getting ready to work at the Dickens Fair, and stiff gin and tonics which I quaff in the evening..
